We’re searching for a Germany-based Project Manager to join our Professional Services team, so that we can deliver innovative workforce management solutions to healthcare providers. The Project Manager will support the implementation and optimization of our Allocate Optima SaaS application to improve staffing efficiency and operational outcomes for our customers.
· Quickly immerse yourself in the ongoing project landscape—understanding structures, deliverables, and team dynamics.
· Own the rollout: Take end-to-end ownership of implementing our workforce management solution in mid size German hospitals
· Build trusted relationships: Establish credibility and trust with internal teams and customer-side project members to foster effective collaboration.
· Lead governance and reporting: Define and implement clear project governance, risk mitigation, and reporting processes to support both local delivery and cross-regional coordination.
· Drive collaboration and resolve challenges: Foster a collaborative and productive environment—even when interests diverge—by facilitating open communication and solution-oriented dialogue.
· Moderate project cadences: Organize and facilitate several regular Jour fixe sessions each week to maintain alignment, track progress, and resolve issues efficiently.
· Report project status: Provide clear, concise project updates in both German and English to all relevant stakeholders.
· Lead from the front: Facilitate key meetings and workshops, anticipate risks, and keep all contributors focused on driving results and value
· 2–4 years of experience in project management or coordination of IT/software implementations, ideally in healthcare, hospital environments, or workforce management systems
· Proven ability to join ongoing projects and quickly become productive with minimal hand-holding
· Hands-on experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations
· Strong communication and facilitation skills—you know how to keep meetings focused, discussions productive, and teams aligned
· A solution-oriented and collaborative mindset—you bring people together, navigate differing opinions, and keep things moving
· Ability to work confidently with internal teams and customer-side contacts to align on goals and drive progress
· Professional proficiency in German (C1+) - clear, structured, and respectful in both spoken and written communication
· A general understanding of the German healthcare system—or high motivation to learn and adapt quickly to its complexity
· A structured and pragmatic working style—you stay calm under pressure and focus on what moves the project forward
· Willingness to travel for on-site meetings (approx. 2 times per month, usually 2–3 days per trip)
