We’re searching for a Project Manager to join our Government Commercial Solutions (OneView) team, so that we can deliver complex, high-value projects for defense, maritime and offshore engineering clients. The Project Manager will lead multi-year SaaS implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and strong client relationships.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
- Manage large-scale SaaS custom implementation projects to meet client objectives
- Coordinate internal technical and business teams to deliver customised solutions
- Drive project governance, risk management and change control processes
- Engage with senior client stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve issues
- Oversee budgets, timelines and resource planning for complex programmes
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
- 5+ years’ experience in project management, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software delivery
- Proven success in managing multi-year, high-value projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of structured delivery frameworks (Agile and Waterfall)
- Ability to commute to Richmond office at least once a month (more preferred)
- Interest in defence, maritime or offshore engineering sectors
- Ability to work collaboratively and confidently in a client-facing environment
