We’re searching for a Richmond-based Program Manager III – Technical Delivery to join our R&D Program Management team, so that we can orchestrate complex, high-impact technical initiatives that advance our global platform. The Program Manager III will coordinate complex technical programs across multiple teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and timely outcomes that strengthen our mission of safer, better healthcare for all.
Architect scalable microservice components and design technical solutions that adhere to established methodologies and maintain system standards.
Develop comprehensive deployment pipelines and proactively articulate technical requirements to stakeholders.
Diagnose and resolve system and performance issues by identifying root causes and eliminating technical debt.
Implement sustainable solutions that maintain system reliability while addressing security vulnerabilities.
Strengthen observability across delivery by establishing monitoring, logging, alerting, and advanced tracing strategies.
Enable automation by implementing CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code to support frequent, reliable releases.
Drive delivery excellence by applying test-driven development, systematic validation, and continuous improvement practices.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align priorities, clarify requirements, and resolve challenges.
Navigate ambiguity by adapting implementation strategies and iterating on solutions in response to evolving requirements.
Demonstrated ability to architect and implement scalable microservice components, CI/CD pipelines, and real-time monitoring dashboards.
Proven experience independently diagnosing and resolving technical challenges, including root cause analysis and sustainable fixes.
Hands-on expertise implementing observability strategies (monitoring, logging, tracing, advanced alerting).
Track record of delivering high-quality engineering solutions through test-driven development and automated testing pipelines.
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous technical environments by adapting strategies and designing robust solutions.
