We’re searching for a Skopje-based Program Manager III – Technical Delivery to join our R&D Program Management team, so that we can coordinate complex, high-impact technical initiatives that strengthen our global platform. The Program Manager III will lead the orchestration of technical delivery across multiple engineering teams to ensure scalable, reliable, and timely outcomes that advance our mission of safer, better healthcare for all.
Architect scalable microservice components and design technical solutions that align with business requirements and system standards.
Implement automated CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code to support frequent, reliable, and high-quality releases.
Diagnose system issues independently and deliver sustainable resolutions that improve reliability and eliminate recurring technical debt.
Strengthen observability across program delivery by applying advanced monitoring, logging, and alerting practices.
Engage with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align priorities, clarify technical requirements, and manage delivery risks.
Adapt solutions in ambiguous and evolving environments by iterating on architectures and approaches to ensure robust outcomes.
Proven experience independently diagnosing and resolving complex technical challenges with sustainable solutions.
Hands-on expertise in test-driven development, CI/CD automation, and delivery pipeline optimization.
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, adapting strategies to evolving requirements.
Strong track record of stakeholder collaboration and influencing cross-functional delivery outcomes.
