We’re searching for a Skopje-based Program Manager II – Technical Delivery to join our R&D Program Management team, so that we can orchestrate technical programs that deliver scalable, high-quality solutions across engineering. The Program Manager II will coordinate complex technical programs and apply advanced technical knowledge to ensure reliable and timely delivery of engineering outcomes that strengthen our mission of safer, better healthcare for all.

 

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Design and implement scalable technical solutions aligned with business requirements to ensure efficiency and operational excellence.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems in order to maintain reliability and momentum in delivery.

  • Adapt to incomplete or evolving requirements to deliver flexible, modular solutions that meet stakeholder expectations.

  • Implement observability and monitoring solutions to achieve real-time visibility and proactive issue resolution.

  • Enable delivery excellence through CI/CD automation, best practices, and continuous improvement.

 

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • Experience in program or technical delivery management within software engineering or related technical fields.

  • Proven success in designing and optimising scalable technical solutions, such as API endpoints, automation scripts, or ETL pipelines.

  • Strong track record diagnosing and resolving complex technical problems using analytical approaches and debugging tools.

  • In-depth knowledge of CI/CD practices, observability solutions, and delivery frameworks.

  • A knack for working collaboratively within cross-functional teams, driving outcomes in ambiguous or evolving environments.

  • Sincere interest in advancing safer, better healthcare through technical excellence.
