We’re searching for a Skopje-based Production Engineer II to join our Engineering team and help ensure the reliability, scalability, and observability of our global healthcare platform.

In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between development and operations by automating infrastructure, improving deployment pipelines, and supporting production systems. Working with increasing independence and guided by senior engineers, you’ll play a key role in improving operational efficiency and system resilience.

        How You’ll Spend Your Time

        Infrastructure & Automation

        • Designing and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) on AWS.
        • Building and improving CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Argo CD to support safe and consistent releases.
        • Automating repetitive operational tasks to reduce manual effort and operational toil.

        Observability & Monitoring

        • Implementing monitoring, tracing, and alerting solutions using Honeycomb and OpenTelemetry.
        • Creating and maintaining dashboards to visualize system health and key performance indicators.
        • Analyzing logs, metrics, and traces to support efficient troubleshooting and incident resolution.

        Reliability & Incident Response

        • Responding to routine production incidents and participating in blameless post-incident reviews.
        • Diagnosing issues in distributed systems and applying structured debugging techniques to maintain high availability.
        • Contributing to technical documentation and runbooks to improve team knowledge sharing.

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

        Technical Experience

        • Hands-on experience with AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes (EKS) in production environments.
        • Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines, ideally using GitHub Actions and Argo CD.
        • Familiarity with observability tools such as Honeycomb, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, or Grafana.
        • Strong problem-solving skills within distributed, cloud-based systems.

        Professional Skills

        • Typically 2–4 years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Production Engineering role.
        • Strong written and spoken English, enabling collaboration with global teams.
        • Ability to work effectively within an Agile, cross-functional squad and document solutions clearly.

        What You Will Gain

        • Modern Technology Exposure: Deepen your expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, and advanced observability tooling.
        • Career Growth: Progress from guided execution toward greater ownership, preparing you for Senior Engineer (Level 6) roles.
        • Meaningful Impact: Contribute to a platform that directly improves patient safety worldwide.
        • Supportive Culture: Work in a collaborative Skopje-based environment with mentorship from experienced global engineers.
