We’re searching for a Macedonia/UK-based Product Specialist to join our Loop Product team, so that we can make Loop the best-of-breed healthcare workforce app in the market. The Product Specialist will act as the primary customer advocate and drive key features from idea to launch to empower healthcare organizations with critical insights.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Gather user needs, pain points, and feedback to inform the product roadmap.
  • Lead feature definition and write detailed user stories in order to ensure clear, testable requirements aligned with customer value.
  • Drive key customer projects from discovery through to successful delivery to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and surveys to validate new ideas and improvements.
  • Ensure high quality standards through testing and feedback loops to champion feature adoption and maximize usage.

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • Experience in a product, UX, or customer-facing role in SaaS, mobile apps, or healthcare technology.
  • Proven success in driving successful customer projects from concept to delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge on how to understand detailed features and manage them through the development lifecycle.
  • Ability to commute to Skopje, Macedonia or Richmond, UK when needed.
  • Sincere interest in healthcare workforce management, rostering, or communications tools.
  • A knack for working collaboratively within an agile development environment.
