We’re searching for a Product Manager to join our Product Management team, so that we can deliver market-leading products that improve patient safety and provider outcomes while ensuring commercial success for RLDatix. The Product Manager will **own the end-to-end success of their products—setting vision, leading cross-functional alignment, and ensuring customer and commercial outcomes—**to maximize the impact RLDatix delivers globally.
Own the overall commercial success of assigned products and services to deliver business impact and customer outcomes
Define and execute the long-term product vision and strategy in alignment with organizational goals
Lead and influence cross-functional teams to drive product adoption, revenue growth, and profitability
Establish and maintain short- and long-term product roadmaps to guide delivery and execution
Develop and execute pricing models, business cases, and compelling commercial propositions to maximize ROI
Utilize market insights, win/loss analysis, customer feedback, and competitive scanning to inform product decisions
Partner with Product Operations and Product Marketing to drive effective go-to-market and launch strategies
Represent the voice of the customer internally, ensuring that customer needs and market opportunities are reflected in product priorities
Support and develop Product Managers and Product Specialists through proactive leadership and coaching
Proven experience as a Product Manager with global accountability in a SaaS or healthcare technology environment
Demonstrated success in driving the commercial success of products, including P&L ownership and lifecycle management
Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and the ability to build and execute compelling product strategies
Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels
Highly numerate and analytical with experience leveraging data to drive product decisions
Skilled in agile software development methodologies and comfortable engaging with technical teams
Natural leader with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and inspire more junior team members
Ability to manage complex projects with strong organizational and program management skills
Knowledge of pricing, profitability, and partner management in a product context
A sincere interest in improving healthcare outcomes through innovative technology
