We’re searching for a Skopje-based Process & Insights Specialist to join our Engineering Operations team, so that we can continuously improve workflows, optimise performance, and enhance reporting across our global R&D organisation. The Process & Insights Specialist will analyse, refine, and implement process improvements while leveraging data-driven insights to support strategic decisions and drive operational efficiency.
Analyse existing engineering processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend optimisations for quality and efficiency.
Develop standardised workflows, documentation, and process maps to ensure consistency across teams.
Lead initiatives to introduce new tools and processes, driving smooth adoption through training and communication.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership teams to align operational improvements with business goals.
Generate actionable insights from engineering metrics (Azure DevOps, Zendesk, etc.) to improve delivery performance and quality.
Host cross-functional retrospectives and circulate feedback to support continuous improvement.
Assist with basic tooling and access administration as required.
3+ years’ experience in engineering operations, process optimisation, or tooling administration within a technical environment.
Proven ability to analyse and improve workflows using Agile and DevOps principles.
Strong skills in data analysis, metrics reporting, and using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Datadog, or Zendesk.
Excellent business analysis skills, including process mapping and documentation.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences in English and Macedonian.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and collaborative approach.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving alignment across multiple teams.
