We’re searching for a Full Stack Developer to join our Software Engineering team in Lehi, Utah, so that we can deliver powerful, secure, and scalable web applications that improve healthcare safety and outcomes. The Full Stack Developer will work across the stack—from backend services to frontend user interfaces—owning projects from concept to production.
Designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications using Python (Flask) and React
Developing and consuming RESTful APIs to enable seamless integration across systems
Collaborating with engineers and stakeholders to design software architecture and features
Working with SQL databases and ORMs like SQLAlchemy to store, retrieve, and manage data efficiently
Ensuring secure coding practices, conducting code reviews, and improving performance
Contributing to the continuous improvement of development tools, processes, and best practices
Owning features from initial concept through deployment in a fast-paced, agile environment
10+ years of experience with Python or a comparable backend language (Java, C#, PHP)
5+ years of experience with React or a similar framework
Proficiency in full stack development using Python with a React frontend written in TypeScript
Solid problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement
Understanding of scalable web application architecture and secure coding best practices
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
Ability to work in-office in Lehi, Utah as part of a collaborative engineering team
Passion for mission-driven technology that improves patient safety and healthcare outcomes
