We’re searching for a Lehi, Utah based Principal Designer to join our Product Design team, so that we can drive exceptional digital experiences across our platform and elevate design standards throughout the organization. The Principal Designer will serve as a strategic leader and hands-on contributor who crafts user-centered, elegant solutions to complex challenges across our product suite in order to influence and advance business outcomes through thoughtful design.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Lead the development of user experience strategies across multiple product lines to align design with business objectives and user needs
  • Own and evolve a comprehensive design system to ensure scalability, accessibility, and consistency across platforms
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts in order to apply design frameworks and deliver cohesive, intuitive solutions
  • Audit existing product experiences and define governance models to manage design system contributions and adoption
  • Mentor other designers to cultivate best practices and drive design maturity within the organization

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within SaaS or healthcare technology environments
  • Proven success in creating innovative, user-centered digital experiences that lead to measurable product or business impact
  • In-depth knowledge of UI/UX strategy, visual design systems, and enterprise-level product design
  • Ability to work remotely from the U.S., with occasional travel to team or company events
  • Sincere interest in elevating healthcare through thoughtful, user-centered design
  • A knack for working independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
