We’re searching for a [location-based] People Operations Intern to join our People Operations team, so that we can deliver smooth HR processes and impactful people initiatives across our global business. The People Operations Intern will support daily HR operations, organize and maintain key documents, and contribute to system improvements to help us provide a positive employee experience and build scalable HR practices for the future.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Organizing and archiving HR documents to create a streamlined, accessible system for easy future reference
  • Assisting with day-to-day HR administrative tasks in order to support smooth operations across the global People team
  • Accurately updating and maintaining employee data in HR systems to ensure integrity, confidentiality, and compliance
  • Crafting professional HR-related correspondence such as employment confirmations to deliver a personalized employee experience
  • Supporting the implementation of new HR tools (HRIS, background checks platform, automation initiatives) to contribute to continuous process improvements

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel (or complementary Google apps)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
  • Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) is a plus
  • A self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative mindset, with curiosity to learn and challenge the status quo
