We’re searching for a Skopje-based Junior HR Solution Analyst to join our Corporate Information Systems team, so that we can support and enhance HR technology operations across the organization. The Junior HR Solution Analyst  will provide day-to-day systems support, assist with projects, and contribute to HR system improvements to help RLDatix maintain accurate, efficient, and scalable HR processes worldwide.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

· Assist with day-to-day HR system administration tasks (Core HR, Payroll & Benefits, Compensation, Recruitment) to ensure smooth operations.
· Identify and resolve system errors or data inconsistencies in order to maintain accuracy and compliance.
· Perform testing on releases, configuration updates, and role-based access changes to validate functionality.
· Provide documentation and reporting support to capture test outcomes, issues, and fixes for business users.
· Support HR technology projects by preparing documentation, configuring new components, and assisting senior analysts with requirements gathering.

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
· Up to 1–2 years of experience in HR, HRIS, or data administration with an interest in HR technology.
· Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail, with proven ability to document processes clearly.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with HR, technical colleagues, and global stakeholders.
· Sincere interest in HR systems, HR processes, and process improvement.
· A knack for working both independently on assigned tasks and collaboratively as part of a global team.
