We’re searching for a Skopje-based Junior Associate - CRM & Sales Operations to join our Finance Business Support team, so that we can optimize go-to-market models and drive measurable commercial outcomes. The Junior Associate - CRM & Sales Operations will provide accurate financial analysis and streamline sales reporting to enable high-quality, data-driven decision-making across the organization.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Perform process reviews across sales operations workflows to identify improvement areas for operational efficiency.
  • Research financial and sales performance data in order to support accurate forecasting and pipeline management activities.
  • Partner effectively with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Operations) to align planning cycles with strategic operational objectives.
  • Apply standard data analysis methods in order to classify and present actionable insights that support resource allocation and deal structure recommendations.
  • Perform meticulous accuracy checks on financial models, forecasting data, and CRM records to uphold data integrity and maintain high-quality outputs.
  • Apply persuasive messaging within the team to facilitate understanding and alignment on financial insights and process changes.

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • Demonstrated proficiency in conducting financial data research and performing standard analysis to support sales operations.
  • Proven success in identifying workflow bottlenecks and implementing process improvements within sales operations, with a focus on enhancing efficiency.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to fulfil financial requests and ensure alignment between sales, finance, and strategy objectives.
  • Strong attention to detail with a track record of conducting accuracy checks and validating data integrity in financial models, forecasts, and departmental reports.
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce experience advantageous) and Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • A knack for working collaboratively within a global, results-driven environment.
