We’re searching for a Macedonia-based Front-End Developer to join our Web Development team, so that we can build, maintain, and optimize our digital presence. The Front-End Developer will create engaging, user-focused websites to help deliver safer healthcare for all.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

• Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and templates using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to ensure seamless user experience.
• Implement UI/UX designs and wireframes to create functional, responsive, and visually accurate web pages.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, accessibility (WCAG), and mobile performance to ensure they are fast, user-friendly, and accessible.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content teams to implement campaigns and deliver digital goals.
• Troubleshoot front-end bugs and conduct regular site maintenance to keep our websites running smoothly.
• Utilize version control (e.g., Git) for collaborative development and deployment.

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

• 3+ years of experience in Front-End Development working with WordPress.
• Skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience implementing and maintaining custom themes, child themes, and working with page builders like Elementor and Gutenberg.
• Familiarity with responsive frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
• Proven success in implementing pixel-perfect designs from Figma.
• In-depth knowledge on how to optimize websites for speed, SEO, and accessibility.
• Sincere interest in creating visually compelling and user-friendly web experiences.
• A knack for working collaboratively within a cross-functional team.

Nice to Have

• Experience with basic PHP for front-end enhancements (e.g., creating or modifying widgets on the backend, minor template changes).
• Familiarity with multilingual plugins (e.g., WPML, Polylang).
• Basic understanding of headless WordPress or JAMstack concepts.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Hubspot, or basic CRO tools.
• Experience with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
• Familiarity with ACF (Advanced Custom Fields), custom post types, and taxonomies.
• Experience using project management and ticketing tools such as Asana and ServiceDesk
