We’re searching for a Skopje-based Engineering Director to join our Global R&D team, so that we can lead and scale high-performing software engineering teams delivering mission-critical healthcare solutions.
The Engineering Director will oversee multiple multidisciplinary teams, ensure successful product delivery, foster engineering excellence, and drive organizational growth to support RLDatix’s vision of safer, better healthcare for all.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

• Leading multiple engineering squads to deliver software projects on time, on budget, and to the expected quality standards

• Managing and coaching Engineering Managers, Leads, and Developers to maintain an engaged and high-performing team

• Collaborating with stakeholders such as Product Management, Support Teams, and Regional MDs to ensure alignment with business goals

• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and team effectiveness

• Translating strategic initiatives into scalable structures and processes to meet the growing needs of the business

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

• Strong experience in software engineering and product development, particularly SaaS solutions

• Proven success managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex software projects

• In-depth knowledge of cloud environments like AWS and Azure, and Agile/SCRUM practices

• Ability to commute to Skopje office several days a week (hybrid role)

• Sincere interest in transforming healthcare through innovative technology

• A knack for working collaboratively across a matrixed, global organization
