Director of Product Management | Product Management | Australia, Melbourne | Hybrid
We’re searching for a Melbourne based Director of Product Management to join our Product Management team. As the Director of Product Management, you will take full ownership of our Workforce Management and Patient Safety product portfolios in the Australian and New Zealand region, valued at approximately $30M in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
The Director of Product Management will play a pivotal role in defining the strategic direction, championing product-market fit, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, impactful solutions that improve healthcare outcomes. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a blend of visionary thinking, hands-on execution, and exceptional cross-functional collaboration.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
Own and drive end-to-end product strategy and management for Workforce Management and Patient Safety solutions across Australia and New Zealand.
Lead and mentor a growing team of product managers, specialists, and operational leads. Foster a high-performing, collaborative culture.
Define and deliver market strategies that ensure commercial success and product relevance in Australia and New Zealand.
Leverage emerging technologies (including AI) to develop bold, customer-focused innovations that solve real-world healthcare challenges.
Represent the voice of healthcare providers across the region and ensure our solutions align with their evolving needs.
Deliver high-impact product initiatives with a focus on customer value, speed to market, and sustainable growth.
Partner with Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services to deliver unified solutions.
Monitor and manage product performance, ensuring profitability and long-term viability of your portfolio.
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
Proven success managing SaaS product portfolios with over $20M in ARR.
Deep understanding of the healthcare domain, particularly workforce management and patient safety.
Experience in regulated healthcare environments in APAC (Australia/New Zealand preferred).
Strong track record of leading and scaling high-performing product teams.
Ability to drive alignment across product, engineering, marketing, and operations.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills—comfortable operating at executive levels.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution and delivery.
