We’re searching for a Lehi, Utah based Designer II to join our Product Design team, so that we can create intuitive and impactful user experiences across our digital healthcare platform. The Designer II will apply user-centered design principles to translate product requirements and research insights into thoughtful wireframes, prototypes, and design systems in order to enhance product value and support strategic business outcomes.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Apply research-driven, user-centered design methods to create wireframes, prototypes, and UI flows that solve core user problems
  • Incorporate qualitative and quantitative insights in order to validate design decisions and improve usability
  • Generate creative solutions and iterate on multiple design concepts to address moderately complex product challenges
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including engineers and product managers in order to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with business goals
  • Develop visual design assets and contribute to style guides to ensure consistency and clarity across all product touchpoints

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • Mid-level experience in UI/UX design, preferably in SaaS or healthcare technology
  • Proven success in transforming research and requirements into functional, user-centered design solutions
  • In-depth knowledge of Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design and prototyping tools
  • Ability to work remotely from the U.S., with occasional travel to team or company events
  • Sincere interest in improving healthcare outcomes through digital innovation
  • A knack for working collaboratively within cross-functional product teams and fast-paced environments
