We’re searching for a Skopje-based Deployment Technician – Production to join our Workforce Products Deployment team, so that we can ensure smooth upgrades, migrations, and deployments for our customers worldwide. The Deployment Technician will execute deployment activities, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver reliable, high-quality outcomes that strengthen our mission of safer, better healthcare for all.
Perform upgrades in pre-production and production environments across all geographies to ensure minimal disruption to client operations.
Assist in migrating environments to new platforms by following structured procedures and collaborating with internal teams.
Monitor deployment and migration activities to ensure timely and successful execution.
Identify and troubleshoot issues during upgrades or migrations, escalating as needed to maintain service quality.
Communicate clearly with customers about schedules, status updates, and issue resolutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows, resolve technical issues, and enhance deployment processes.
Document lessons learned and maintain accurate records of deployments to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Support process improvements, CI/CD pipeline maintenance, and Terraform-based environment migrations to enhance efficiency and repeatability.
Adapt operational procedures to evolving requirements, applying technical judgment to ensure reliable delivery.
Experience performing deployments, upgrades, or migrations in pre-production and production environments.
Availability and willingness to perform weekly out-of-hours upgrade activities which will be compensated
Skilled in troubleshooting operational issues and applying structured problem-solving techniques.
Experience assisting with process improvement initiatives to enhance deployment efficiency.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams across multiple geographies.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and environment transitions.
Experience using Terraform (or equivalent IaC tools) for environment migrations.
Ability to work independently, adapt to evolving requirements, and maintain accurate records.
Detail-oriented and organized approach to deployment and process management.
