· Conduct smoke testing and data integrity validation on sample patient records (2–10 patients initially, scaling up as needed).
· Lead client walkthroughs of validation processes and triage reported issues using Galen’s Issue Tracker.
· Deliver functional training and demonstrations to client teams.
· Document meeting minutes, action items, and escalating blockers to the Galen team.
· Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client-reported issues and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
· Support change management and readiness activities in collaboration with SDPRIA and NSW Health stakeholders.
· Participate in internal knowledge sharing, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

· Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Health Information Management, or a related field.
