We’re searching for a Germany-based Support Consultant to join our German Support team, so that we can enhance healthcare safety and quality for our customers. The Support Consultant will provide essential support for RLDatix software products to ensure our customers can use our products efficiently and effectively.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Act as the first line of support for customer inquiries through calls, emails, and the customer portal to ensure timely and effective assistance.

  • Analyze and resolve IT issues within hardware/software in 1st and 2nd Level Support in order to minimize downtime and maintain user productivity.

  • Offer continuous support and expert advice to customers on our application suite to facilitate product usage and enhancements.

  • Provide administrative support for server setups and networking to improve software functionality and reliability.

  • Document and manage support processes through our service tools to uphold high service standards.

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • A degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent IT training.

  • Proven success in configuring LINUX and Windows servers, along with networking skills (LAN, WLAN, VPN).

  • In-depth knowledge on how to provide excellent customer service and technical support.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with a C2 German level and good written and spoken English skills.

  • Sincere interest in making a difference in the healthcare sector.

  • A knack for working independently and taking initiative within a team-oriented environment.
