We’re searching for a UK&I-based Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team, so that we can ensure our customers maximize value from RLDatix’s solutions. The Customer Success Manager will build trusted client relationships, drive product adoption, and support renewals to help healthcare organizations deliver safer care and achieve their strategic goals.
Build and maintain trusted, long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Support onboarding and guide clients through a smooth transition from implementation to customer success.
Drive adoption of RLDatix solutions by communicating product updates, sharing best practices, and promoting thought leadership events.
Monitor customer sentiment, satisfaction, and usage data to identify trends and proactively address risks.
Partner across Sales, Product, Support, and Services to align on customer needs and outcomes.
Contribute to renewals by monitoring subscription usage, managing escalations, and supporting account growth opportunities.
Significant experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS leadership, ideally with enterprise or mid-market clients.
Proven success in managing customer engagement, driving adoption, and improving satisfaction or NPS scores.
Expertise in change management, supporting clients through process or platform transitions.
Strong ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Proficiency with customer success platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, and productivity software.
A collaborative and professional work style with the ability to manage even challenging client situations effectively.
Sincere interest in improving healthcare outcomes through technology.
