Customer Success Manager - Governance, Risk & Compliance | Client Support | UK | Remote

We’re searching for a UK-based Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team, so that we can ensure our clients get the maximum value from our governance, risk, and compliance solutions, including DatixWeb and DCIQ. The Customer Success Manager will proactively engage with clients to build and nurture long-term relationships to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and advocacy.

 

How You’ll Spend Your Time

·         Engaging with enterprise and midmarket clients to build trusted, long-term relationships.

·         Driving product adoption by sharing relevant usage data in order to help clients achieve their desired outcomes.

·         Collaborating with internal teams like Sales and Services to ensure a seamless customer journey.

·         Analyzing customer satisfaction metrics (pNPS & NPS) in order to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

·         Leading virtual user groups to foster knowledge sharing and community.

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

·         3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or SaaS leadership.

·         Proven success in optimizing customer usage and achieving significant improvements in satisfaction metrics.

·         In-depth knowledge on how to support organizations through transitions and platform migrations.

·         Ability to commute to various client locations as needed.

·         Sincere interest in improving healthcare through technology.

·         A knack for working both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
