We’re searching for a Global Community Programs Specialist to join our Marketing & Communications Center of Excellence (Comms CoE) team, so that we can activate and amplify the voice of the customer through community engagement and advocacy. The Global Community Programs Specialist will lead global community initiatives and connect customer stories to our broader marketing and communications strategy to increase engagement, build trust, and support business growth. 

 

How You’ll Spend Your Time 

  • Lead virtual engagement programs (AMAs, Office Hours, Use Case Exchanges) within our HUB Community to foster peer-to-peer collaboration and highlight customer success 

  • Connect customer advocates with regional marketing needs such as case studies, speakers, awards, and reviews in order to build a scalable advocacy pipeline 

  • Curate and package customer stories and insights to inform both regional marketing and global communication strategies 

  • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to align on customer storytelling, governance, and community program needs 

  • Measure community engagement and advocacy impact to inform strategy and demonstrate influence on growth, pipeline, and retention 

 

 

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having 

  • Prior working experience in community management, customer advocacy programs, or communications role 

  • Proven success in designing and executing scalable community or advocacy programs 

  • In-depth knowledge of stakeholder management and customer storytelling 

  • Sincere interest in working both strategically and tactically 

  • A knack for working collaboratively with global teams and cross-functional partners in a fast-paced environment
