We’re searching for a Skopje-based Application Support Engineer to join our Customer Support team, so that we can deliver exceptional technical support and ensure reliable Workforce application environments across EMEA. The Application Support Engineer will resolve customer issues, manage system configurations, and maintain application health to strengthen client satisfaction and support safer healthcare delivery.

How You’ll Spend Your Time
· Resolve customer-raised tickets in line with SLAs to ensure timely and effective support.
· Troubleshoot application issues in order to restore service and prevent recurrence.
· Configure and maintain Workforce application environments to support accurate client onboarding and offboarding.
· Monitor system health and configure alerts to proactively detect and address issues.
· Investigate recurring incidents and contribute to post-incident reviews to drive continuous improvement.

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
· Experience in application or technical support, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
· Proven success in troubleshooting tickets and applying structured problem-solving to resolve complex issues.
· In-depth knowledge of configuring back-end environments, including SSO and authentication setups.
· Ability to work on-site in Skopje as part of the local Support team.
· Sincere interest in customer support, application reliability, and continuous improvement.
· A knack for working collaboratively with colleagues and customers across EMEA while being able to operate independently on assigned tasks.
