We’re searching for a US-based Technical Implementation Analyst to join our Professional Services team, so that we can deliver high-quality technical implementations and smooth customer transitions into RLDatix platforms. The Technical Implementation Analyst will apply strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills to build, deploy, and support scalable solutions that help customers get the most out of our products.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Implement software installations, integrations, and upgrades to ensure customers transition smoothly onto RLDatix platforms

  • Build and manipulate SQL queries and data conversion scripts in order to complete ETL activities and support accurate data migration

  • Diagnose technical issues using established tools and methods to identify root causes and provide reliable resolutions

  • Collaborate with internal teams and customer stakeholders in order to capture requirements and support tailored solution delivery

  • Leverage AI-assisted workflows and automation tools to improve efficiency and enhance service delivery processes

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • Experience in technical implementation, systems support, or software deployment within a SaaS or healthcare technology environment

  • Proven success in delivering complex implementations, data conversions, or integration-focused customer projects

  • In-depth knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL, Windows Server, IIS, authentication models (LDAP/SAML), and core networking concepts

  • Sincere interest in service delivery, automation, and improving customer outcomes through technical solutions

  • A knack for working collaboratively within a cross-functional, customer-focused environment
